Retention period

Full payment details are securely stored by the third-party provider (Stripe) and are not accessible to the organisation.

Retention period

We determine the retention period according to fixed objective criteria: The organisation collects and retains email addresses and subscription preferences solely for the purpose of providing newsletters, updates, and relevant offers. Personal data is kept only while the individual remains subscribed. If an individual unsubscribes or does not engage with these communications for a period of 12 months, their details are removed from the mailing list. Individuals may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting the organisation directly.
